YSYOKOW provides free standard shipping on eligible orders within the 48 contiguous United States. This policy explains our shipping coverage, order processing times, delivery estimates, and related information.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses.

Free Standard Shipping

YSYOKOW offers free standard shipping on orders shipped within our current delivery area. No additional standard shipping charge is added at checkout for eligible destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Our daily order processing cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after the cutoff time may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed, standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–8 business days.

The estimated total time from order processing to delivery is approximately 6–11 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of severe weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other transportation conditions.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided through the contact information associated with your order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after a package enters the carrier's system.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@ysyokow.shop. We will review the request based on the current status of your order.

Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order and shipping destination where required.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our direct control, including carrier volume, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unexpected events.
